Profile
Ed completed an undergraduate and master’s degree in Engineering at the University of Cambridge. Following this, he completed an industrial PhD in Medical Engineering based at Queen Mary University of London and GlaxoSmithKline. Ed has also spent time working for a biotechnology startup in New Zealand as well as completing two post-doctoral research positions, including at the University of Cambridge where he looked at setting up novel 3D printing techniques for applications in healthcare. Ed started his career in intellectual property in 2022 and works in the Aberdeen office supporting the work of our patent department.
